The management of student behaviour at the College is the responsibility of all staff. Students are called to account for their behaviour in a fair and consistent manner with the intention that they develop their own self-discipline strategies as they mature and grow.
All staff are responsible for addressing student concerns at this level. Where possible students will be assisted to make better behaviour choices as well as, when appropriate, determine the consequences for their own actions.
When the misbehaviour becomes repeated or a pattern becomes apparent, then the student should be referred to the relevant House Dean and/or Academic Dean as appropriate.
At this level, if the student has already displayed unacceptable behaviour at level 1, the staff member will pass on documented behaviour displayed and action already taken, to the appropriate House Dean and/or Academic Dean.
At this level, if the student has already displayed misbehaviour at level 2, the staff member will pass on documented behaviour displayed and action taken to the Assistant Principal: Students.
At this level, students may face external suspension or be asked to leave the College by the Principal or Deputy Principal.
