FAQs
Email the class teacher and inform them of the absence. They will organise a reschedule opportunity.
Email the Assistant Principal: Curriculum, Rachele Belz (rachele.belz@tccr.com.au) and inform her of the absence. You will need to provide a medical certificate in most cases. A reschedule opportunity will be organised.
There is no opportunity for rescheduled exams. Formative test results will be used. Assignments must be submitted on or before the due date.
Holidays are not a school-approved absence. For a missed exam, the student risks a “Not Rated” which means they will fail the subject. Assignments must be submitted on or before the due date.

Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments (AARA's) in Years 11-12 require a specific diagnosis from a medical professional.
For cognitive (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder) and physical conditions (e.g. Visual or Hearing Impairment) the diagnosis must be less than two years old. For mental health conditions (e.g. Anxiety, Depression etc.) the diagnosis must be less than six months old.
AARA's may also be issued for illness or misadventure (i.e. if your child suffers an unexpected illness or injury).
To apply for an AARA please complete the AARA Application Form and return it by email to the Dean of Equity, Claire Larsen (Claire.Larsen@tccr.com.au).
