Community of Faith

Our Catholic College forms a Community of Faith, where each person is valued, respected and challenged to live out the College motto,

"Come, live life in all its fullness" (John 10:10).

These words of Jesus Christ, invites each of us to fullness of life by knowing him, forming a deeper understanding of ourselves, each other and the wider community.

Our values of gratitude, respect and compassion beat at the heart of College life and are drawn from the Gospels.

Our mission is to form young people who know the person of Jesus Christ, live these values and are ready for their future knowing that God is with them on their journey.

Reflection, prayer and liturgical celebrations are seamlessly integrated into the fabric of daily life at our College, offering our students the opportunity to explore and experience faith and spirituality on an individual basis, within the classroom and as a unified College community.

Built in the shadows of St Joseph's Cathedral, our College has a strong connection to the Parish and the Rockhampton Catholic Diocese. Our students are invited to experience Liturgical and Eucharistic celebrations throughout the year at Saturday night TCC Parish Masses and Thursday morning Mass.

Our hope is that our students will leave this place ready for their future knowing that God is with them on their journey.

- Mr Pat Egan, Deputy Principal: Mission

We support our students who wish to continue or begin their journey with the Catholic church by completing the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, Eucharist and Reconciliation. Each year we have numerous students who wish to take the next step in their faith journey.

We nurture stewardship and encourage our students to open their hearts to those in need by giving of their time, talent and treasure. Our College presents many outreach opportunities throughout the year that encourages our students to stop and consider those in need and act compassionately.
