Storytellers Put Pen to Paper

Three of TCC’s First Nations students have had their stories published as books and delivered to communities across Australia making their way into the hands of young readers.

Hunter, Kallan and Parker signed up for the Library for All Yarning Circle Project last year, an initiative of the College librarian Mrs Tanya Gill and had the thrill of seeing their words and stories in print this year. 

Their experience of sharing their culture with younger readers has encouraged more students to participate in this year’s program who are eagerly awaiting to see their own stories in print.
