Jake helps launch QMEA Hub

Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy Student Ambassador and Year 12 student Jake represented the College at the launch of the QMEA Hub at CQUniversity. At a press conference alongside Queensland Ministers, parliamentarians and industry representatives Jake spoke about the benefits of the hub for young people in the region to connect them locally with the mining and energy industry. Jake also met with current CQU Engineering students as well as the uni's robot Colin from Engineering. Jake represented the QMEA, TCC and Rockhampton young people with distinction.
